1. Nature of Services
ELIM Health & Services provides private at-home nursing procedures (wound care, blood collection, injections, clinical monitoring) and professional career development services. All clinical care is performed by certified registered nurses in good standing with the OIIQ.
2. Pricing & Travel Fees
All prices are in Canadian Dollars ($ CAD). The total cost of an appointment includes the clinical service fee plus applicable zone-based travel fees:
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
24-Hour Advance Notice
Any cancellation or schedule change must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. For late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows upon the nurse's arrival, a $25 travel administrative fee may apply.
4. Official Receipts & Insurance
Private nursing services are not covered by RAMQ. An official receipt matching OIIQ standards is issued immediately upon payment for private insurance reimbursement.
5. Emergency Protocol
ELIM Health & Services is not an emergency hospital response unit. In case of acute respiratory distress, severe chest pain, loss of consciousness, or life-threatening emergency, please call 911 immediately or proceed to the nearest emergency room.
